Throughout her career, Dee’s matrix leadership and retailer partnerships developed and executed insights-led category solutions. These CPG/retailer collaborations produced unprecedented business results and evolved JBP partnerships. Dee’s 34-year CPG experience includes Food, Mass, Dollar, and Drug COTs.
Most recently, in Dee’s GSK Consumer Healthcare Sales Director role, her leadership included: extensive M & A organizational implementation; iJBP and eJBP advancement; go to market evolution; differentiated COT solutions; Rx to OTC switch expertise; NPD and commercial innovation execution; and future focused organizational capability development and implementation.
