Whitney Hodge brings years of supply chain leadership experience (Target and Brandless) with deep expertise enabling direct-to-consumer businesses to become Omni Channel by:

At Brandless, Hodge served as Director of Supply Chain where she led Brandless’ end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment supply chain, inclusive of inbound freight transportation, inventory control, 3PL fulfillment operations, packaging procurement, and outbound parcel transportation. In her role as Director of Program Management, she established the Program Management Office (PMO) and successfully led the launch of three new business channels.  Prior to Brandless, Hodge held numerous roles at Target, including Senior Operations Manager where she led the Breakpack and Packing department within Target’s Regional Distribution Center. She managed an Operations team while overseeing warehouse workers ensure timely pick, pack, and delivery to Target stores.

Tiffany Pratt is a dynamic sales leader with extensive experience in the CPG space across multiple categories, channels, and customers. Her passion for inspiring teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives will guide client teams to:

  • develop long-term business plans for strategic partnerships
  • design infrastructure to support an eCommerce business model
  • develop Where to Play and How to Win models to successfully expand distribution across all forms of retail
  • guide successful vendor negotiation training

At Clif Bar, Pratt held Sales leadership roles leading eCommerce, the Amazon Sales and Marketing teams, and the Club Channel.  Her leadership of the Amazon cross-departmental team established a bold, yet sustainable long-term business plan for a critical strategic partner. As well, within eCommerce, Pratt created an industry share group across 15+ companies and 30+ people to navigate the evolving and growing space. Her knowledge and experience span multiple channels, sales agencies, and distributors, calling on some of the largest retailers in US and Canada.  Pratt’s prior CPG experience in sales and management includes roles at Dreyer’s, Keebler/Kellogg’s and Frito-Lay.

Amanda Teder is a brand management veteran bringing years of experience from Procter & Gamble and Michelin. Her impressive experience in brand development, innovation, and digital marketing can lead to capability development in:

  • guiding competitive landscape assessment
  • developing brand building framework and capabilities
  • leading an innovation stage-gate process
  • creating a marketing communication model to reach key consumer targets

At Procter & Gamble, Teder developed and executed the strategy and playbook for winning on Oral-B electric toothbrushes that doubled the business in 5 years. The reinvented communication model maximized reach with a new health message, developed a new website, along with a search and content strategy that step-changed digital capability across Oral Care brands and on Oral-B globally. As well, she developed a 3-year Oral-B product and commercial innovation plan, which exceeded expectations by solving consumer tension points and expanding needs. In addition, Teder’s experience in designing and executing eCommerce plans led to a newly formed eCommerce team at Michelin that delivered up to 50% sales lift on retailer’s websites, a critical step since 30% of tire sales happen online.
