In a move designed to drive the next stage of growth, SIMPACTFUL names Jessica White Hall, Chairperson effective November 1st. Jessica will replace Tom O’Brien, SIMPACTFUL’s Founder and first Chairperson, who will assume the newly created role of Chief Client Officer. These moves support the strategies that will propel further growth and consistent results for their clients.
Since its founding a short six years ago, SIMPACTFUL continues strong year-on-year growth, including doubling sales during the pandemic. Utilizing a practitioner-based model, their client base (over 185 clients worldwide), benefits from expertise spanning strategy development to execution. Strong leadership and succession planning are the foundation of their success.
Hall’s background and sustained results position her well for this role at this crucial moment in time. A CPG veteran (P&G) with more than 30 years’ experience in the brand development, markets, consumer insights and analytics space provide Hall with a unique perspective and approach to strategic planning, organization design and effectiveness. Her tenure at SIMPACTFUL has enabled her to impart this knowledge to the organization and business partners in the areas of Insights, Strategic Planning and Diversity-Equity-Inclusion-Belonging (DEI&B).
“I am honored to take on the Chairperson role for SIMPACTFUL. I am fully committed to our business success and future growth. I will leverage my skills and expertise to chart this next stage of growth for the Company setting clear priorities and processes with intentionality and discipline. To be clear, this is not about a Culture change. The foundation of trust, transparency and collaboration is what makes SIMPACTFUL unique and serves as a point of differentiation with our clients.”
In the coming months, Hall will focus on future growth through more channels, industries and geographies, creating even more delightful client experiences and growing SIMPACTFUL’s purpose-driven work (IMPACT program).
Hall is excited about the future. A former boss/mentor once told her, “Do different things or do things differently.” This mantra has not only guided her day to day thinking but will serve as her guidepost for how she will grow and lead SIMPACTFUL in her new capacity.
