Craig Simon brings over 40 years of cross-functional commercial leadership with extensive experience in building teams and elevating strategic Sales capabilities. From some of the most well-known food manufacturers such as Campbell’s, Mondelez, Pinnacle Foods, and Kraft Heinz. Simon has led numerous organizations to build commercial expertise within RGM, Trade Strategy, Commercial and Customer Planning, and Joint Business Planning. At Campbell’s, he stood up the RGM Center of Excellence, where he focused on driving net revenue, margin and profit – with plans built against levers to drive a long-term brand pricing strategy roadmap. “I’m excited about joining the Simpactful Team. Jessy Stamates honed her Sales and Marketing experience at P&G for over 20 years where she augmented a decade of Brand Management experience with breakthrough expertise creating joint Brand and Retailer value through shopper-led Retail Innovation, Omnichannel & Digital Strategies. Stamates became well-known throughout P&G for her ability to help Commercial and Brand executives create powerful selling stories, compelling visions, and impactful tactics with the ability to drive not only buyer but Retail C-Suite engagement.
