Illya, a former Procter & Gamble Research & Development Vice President; Human Resources Vice President, is bringing his experience to Simpactful as a dynamic and strategic R&D and commercial leader, facilitator & speaker, with an extensive background in global corporate leadership positions, and organizational development. His skills include leadership development, facilitating leadership, diversity & inclusion, organization development workshops; transitioning organizations through significant change maintaining focus on business deliverables and organizational health; product & commercial innovation plan development; consumer understanding and segmentation; product design and business strategy.
As a facilitator for Employee Resource Group Strategy & Renewal: Illya coached small and medium-sized companies on ERG strategy, the definition of comprehensive equity & inclusion efforts that incorporate white males. He also facilitated renewal and strategy sessions for ERG leadership teams to deliver retention, advancement results at senior levels.
Serving on the Crossroads Senior Leadership Team. Illya Thomas developed a growth indicator that integrates aspects of Physical, Mental, Relational, Spiritual & Financial Health, which is applicable to improving employee well-being in a post-Covid environment. Set growth & spiritual development strategies, established Goals & Key Performance Metrics. Responsible for central team of Reach Out, Kids Club, Student Ministries, Spiritual Growth, Experience Team, First Impressions & Digital Products resources to equip online church & site-based ministry leaders, amplify core strengths of ministry to connect & grow attendees, so that we serve & reach the community. Team of 30, $8MM budget supporting 13 sites in Ohio & Kentucky.
