Building upon its commitment to serve clients through practitioners from both the Brand and Retail sides of the desk, Simpactful is thrilled to name Stephanie Borselli to the position of Senior Partner, effective October 1.

Stephanie is a former CPG Sales Executive with vast leadership experience in Food & Beverage Consumer Product organizations such as Whisps (Simply Good Foods), and Kraft Heinz. Combined, she has worked across 40 diverse categories, and multiple geographies and channels. For instance, as the SVP at Quest, she architected the sales structure and processes that were instrumental in scaling the business and launched numerous product lines prior to the acquisition by Simply Good Foods. She led sales across all geographies and classes of trade, as well as internal sales strategy efforts at both Quest and Whisps. This hands-on experience has enabled her to help clients create powerful Top-to-Top relationships and govern impactful Joint Business Plan agreements, develop practical revenue and trade planning processes, develop sales forecasting processes, and build Sales leadership capability.

In addition to her executive sales experience, Stephanie has expanded her leadership to serve on several boards and to champion diversity. She currently serves on the Project Sponsor Committee for Women on Boards (WOB), an organization devoted to increasing diversity in the boardroom through cultivating relationships with the PE and VC communities to grow sponsorship and ultimately increase the representation of women in board seats.

Originally from St Louis, Stephanie relocated to Boston after meeting her husband in Maui while on a Kraft Foods Presidents Club trip. Kevin is a civil engineer and long-time Raytheon employee who was on the island installing a radar in the Maui airport. Stephanie and Kevin have two children. Ben, a sophomore at Ithaca College, and Sammie, a Freshman at University of Tampa. Their final family member is a rescue puppy named Cooper, who adopted them two years ago. In their spare time, Kevin and Stephanie are building their dream home on the water in Gloucester, MA.

Chairperson, John Torru, reflects on Stephanie’s expanded role: “Simpactful is so fortunate to have the high caliber, industry-respected leaders and champions of Diversity & Inclusion on our team, and Stephanie raises the bar. Her expertise in leading sales teams and customer strategy across diverse channels with both large and small Food and Beverage companies builds our overall commercial capability, especially in some of the greatest need spaces for our clients within the high growth snacking and better-for-you categories. As a consultant, she has provided her expertise to many key challenger brands looking to expand their footprint and drive accelerated growth, and we are excited to have her play an expanded role within the team!”
