Bob Cinq-Mars is a strategic, resourceful, and collaborative business executive, who will add to the partnership roster of former Retail executives. Bob brings 30+ years of combined Walgreens, GNC, and Sales Agency successful leadership experience – spanning marketing, merchandising, P&L management, process and project management. His executive skill-sets from both a Retailer and Sales Agency provide unique and valuable perspective in developing profitable strategies with a proven ability to exceed financial goals. He is frequently requested by clients for his ability to develop robust Walgreens / Drug category strategies, channel expansion and transformation, marketing, and sales plans, as well as innovative in-store and omni plans that can create joint Retailer value in generating sales, profit, store traffic, and market share – while factoring in Retailer constraints such as store operations. His ability to remain in touch with industry trends and evolving consumer perspectives enable stronger strategies and plans.

At Walgreens, a leading retailer in the drug channel, Cinq-Mars served as DMM across several categories, including OTC Health & Wellness, General Merchandise, and Consumer Electronics – leading the strategic growth for over $1B categories. Along with merchandising, he led a strategic initiative to lower overall shrink & waste for the company.  In his most recent role as Senior Vice President, Sales at Advantage Sales & Marketing, Cinq-Mars expanded his expertise within the drug channel to lead an integrated Tier 1 Drug Sales Team – collaborating with clients to drive growth at major drug retailers. During his prior time at GNC as Vice President, Merchandising, he developed the brand strategy to provide strategic growth development through external business partnerships.

Bob currently resides with his wife, Jodi, a successful real estate agent, and their young pup, Oakley. They have two adult sons, Zachary and Tyler. Bob is an avid Cubs and Bears fan, and loves to golf and travel with his family.  Bob and Jodi both have a passion to support the local community here and abroad via scholarships and contributing on boards like Embraced International. They are currently supporting an Olympic Weightlifting hopeful, Abby Raymond.  What’s more, he showed off some mean pickleball skills at the October 2023 Simpactful partner meeting!
