Dan joins Simpactful after serving as Senior Vice President of Global eCommerce for Paramount Global’s Consumer Products Division, where he led the operational management and worldwide growth strategy of Paramount’s expanding eCommerce business. In this role, Dan shaped global strategies across pureplay, Omnichannel, and third-party marketplace platforms, delivering more than $1 billion in point-of-sale growth while building scalable models that enhanced consumer engagement across franchises and product lines. Before Paramount, Dan built a distinguished career across leading CPG and retail organizations, including Unilever, Mondelez International, Walmart eCommerce, Supervalu, Nielsen, Macy’s, and Target. His experience spans both brand-side and retailer-side leadership, giving him a uniquely balanced “both sides of the desk” perspective that aligns seamlessly with Simpactful’s mission and client approach.

Throughout his career, Dan has been recognized for creating global centers of excellence where new business models thrive, Omnichannel accounts scale, and consumers enjoy innovative, personalized shopping experiences. At Unilever, he led the eCommerce agenda for Walmart Omnichannel, managing a $300 million online business and helped shape the strategic roadmap to grow the Unilever-Walmart omni partnership to $1 billion in POS by 2025. Earlier, as Head of eCommerce Omnichannel & Pureplay, he grew digital sales from $20 million to more than $200 million in just two years – delivering triple-digit, year-over-year growth and sustained share gains through consumer-insights-based strategy and disciplined execution.

Dan also brings deep expertise in customer development, performance marketing, and strategic storytelling. His leadership across Amazon, Instacart, Shipt, Jet, Sam’s Club, and other major platforms has consistently delivered measurable results – from ROAS improvements to breakthrough Omnichannel campaigns tied to major entertainment and cultural moments. While at Walmart eCommerce, Dan led enterprise-wide media and demand generation strategies for entertainment property launches, including Star Wars, Frozen, and Avengers – driving conversion increases of 67% and outperforming sales plans by more than 30%.
