Jeff Evans is a senior Walmart executive with 32 years of broad category merchandising experience and a consistent track record of delivering results. He has a comprehensive background in Omni merchandising, digital marketing, and promotions. Evans is strategic and adept at identifying business opportunities, aligning teams, and empowering them to execute. As a collaborative leader that is customer and data-obsessed, he will guide clients to:

  • utilize data and customer insights to drive Walmart business opportunities
  • elevate relationships, merchandising and media opportunities for client expansion

In his more than 15 years with Walmart, Jeff held leadership roles in the Walmart US and Sam’s Club divisions. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President of Electronics, Toys, and Seasonal for Walmart US, managing an omnichannel portfolio in excess of $37B.

Jeff was the Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager for Home categories for Walmart US, including hard and soft home and arts and crafts. He led the reinvention of Home merchandising by focusing on eCommerce to deliver a more consistent customer experience. Jeff also served as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager for Apparel, where he led the transition of the Apparel team back from NYC and was named Senior Vice President business leader of the year for Walmart US.

Bob Cinq-Mars is a strategic, resourceful, and collaborative business partner with 30+ years of combined Walgreens, GNC, and Sales Agency successful leadership experience spanning marketing, merchandising, P&L management, process, and project management. His executive skill set from both the retailer and sales agency perspective in developing profitable strategies with a proven ability to exceed financial goals will enable him to lead clients to:

  • develop robust Walgreens/Drug category strategies, marketing, and sales plans
  • create sustainable strategic platforms rooted in financial discipline
  • refine the in-store approach, which improves sales, profit, store traffic, and market share
  • incorporate industry trends and emerging consumer preferences into strategic growth plans

At Walgreen’s, a leading retailer in the drug channel, Cinq-Mars served as DMM across several categories, including OTC Health & Wellness, General Merchandise, and Consumer Electronics leading the strategic growth for over $1B categories. As part of his career at Walgreens, he led a successful cross-functional strategic initiative to lower overall Shrink and Waste for the company. In his most recent role as Sr Vice President, Sales at Advantage Solutions, Cinq-Mars expanded his expertise within the drug channel to lead an integrated Tier 1 Drug Sales Team collaborating with clients to drive growth at Walgreens CVS Health & Rite Aid Drug. During his prior time at GNC as Vice President, Merchandising, he developed the brand strategy to provide strategic growth development through external business partnerships.
