A founding member of the development of P&G’s retail innovation labs, and shopper based design practice, he specializes in the application shopper insights to retail strategy; building shopper organizations and practices; retailer collaboration models; marketing science; and shopper marketing.
Most recently, Myles established a thriving insights practice at strategic design consultancy ChaseDesign, where he applied cutting-edge research approaches to every phase of the Design Thinking framework.
