The addition of Steinbroner continues to strengthen the Simpactful Northwest Arkansas team and Simpactful’s capability to assist in growth plans with Walmart. Steinbroner comes to Simpactful as President of Merchant Studio, LLC, which assists retail suppliers to maximize their current or potential business with Walmart Inc. by evaluating their current retail strategies. Steinbroner also has more than 10 years of experience at Walmart as a merchant running multiple categories like baby, household chemicals, and toys.
“My business passions revolve around category product development,” says Steinbroner, “I am able to help grow relationships with Walmart, drive supplier efficiencies, and explore new market opportunities and assortments.” By conducting a deep dive into suppliers’ internal strategies and their current financial performance, Steinbroner is able to apply her knowledge among diverse retail categories to clients’ unique businesses to position them for growth.
Steinbroner’s work includes categories that are heavily penetrated in eCommerce and she’s passionate about bridging the gap between the digital and physical world of retail.
